Welcome to the Houston Canine Frisbee Disc Club (HCFDC). We are glad you found us!
HCFDC hosts several 5-week K9 Toss & Fetch League games throughout the year. The club also hosts several 2-day seminars and competitions in the Spring, Fall, and Winter months. The club website contains information regarding these events including schedule, registrations, results, and other important details. This is where we provide real time updates about the daily schedules, any changes or alerts about competitions.
The next 5-week K9 Toss & Fetch League games will start at 8:00 a.m. on March 1, 2026 and will be held at Swanny’s, 6224 Theall Road, Houston, TX. Each team will get two rounds of 90-second toss and fetch, each week, to accumulate as many points as possible. Scores get loaded weekly to the K9 Toss & Fetch database and teams will be able to track their scores against other teams around the globe.
On March 28-29, 2026, HCFDC will host the Texas State Championship. The event will be hosted in Magnolia, Texas at 2P Ranch. Registration will remain open until March 21, 2026. Go here to register for the event.

With Covid-19 still being a concern we want to make sure we are taking all precautions for everyone’s comfort and safety at events. We do not know what others health concerns are so please be respectful for those wanting to maintain social distancing.
-6’ Apart rule still applies while at League or events per individuals.
-No more than 6 people in a group and each group must set boundaries of 6’+ apart.
-If you choose to set up off to the side next to the field, make sure the 6’ boundary is followed.
-Only 1 team on the back side of the field for warm up at a time.
-Whether you are “Up Next, On Deck, In the Hole, or Getting it on Ur Mind” please maintain 6’ Distancing.
-For two-day, major competitions, additional protocols and procedures may be implemented to keep handlers and canines safe during the pandemic. Please make sure to check the event page for more details, if applicable.
If you feel uncomfortable you can always stage outside or in your vehicle. If you have any concerns, you can speak to one of us directly.
**Please make sure you follow safety Protocols while in Swanny’s Facility. We do not want to do anything to jeopardize Swanny’s business.**

The Houston Canine Frisbee Disc Club was created by a group of dogs and their owners who enjoy playing with flying discs. We started playing in our backyards and progressed onward to competitions, meet-ups, and demos. We would love to share our disc dog world with you.
