Our next event is the High Flying Heelers (HFH) Invitational in Magnolia, Texas, on April 1 & 2, 2023. HCFDC and DragonDogs International (DDI) will be hosting an Ashley Whippet Invitational (AWI) Regional Qualifying event on Saturday, and UpDog Challenge games on Sunday. The UpDog Challenge games are Boom, 4Way Play, Frizgility, and Greedy. Each UpDog game will be capped at 40 entries. Registration is now closed for the HFH Invitational. There will be on-site, day of competition, registration for AWI on Saturday; however, all games are full on Sunday. Registration fees will increase $5 for onsite registration.
With Covid-19 still being a concern we want to make sure we are taking all precautions for everyone’s comfort and safety at events. We do not know what others health concerns are so please be respectful for those wanting to maintain social distancing.
-6’ Apart rule still applies while at League or events per individuals.
-No more than 6 people in a group and each group must set boundaries of 6’+ apart.
-If you choose to set up off to the side next to the field, make sure the 6’ boundary is followed.
-Only 1 team on the back side of the field for warm up at a time.
-Whether you are “Up Next, On Deck, In the Hole, or Getting it on Ur Mind” please maintain 6’ Distancing.
-For two-day, major competitions, additional protocols and procedures may be implemented to keep handlers and canines safe during the pandemic. Please make sure to check the event page for more details, if applicable.

The field will be open for tent set-up on Saturday morning at 7:30 a.m. We anticipate starting the players meeting around 8:30 a.m. and beginning games around 9:00 a.m.
