2026 Texas State Championship Registration

We are requesting up-front information so that we can work with 2P Ranch to coordinate onsite parking and keep the property organized. This will affect traffic patterns, vehicle parking, vendor booths, other planned activities, and the functioning of the ranch itself. Please refrain from reaching out directly to 2P Ranch to coordinate your RV camping needs. We will make sure to provide you with confirmation.

Would you like to share the field one more time with your retired canine competitor? We understand that sometimes our canine competitors retire before we are ready or we want one more time to be on the field with them. We are offering a 60-90 second retired canine rerun at no cost to give our furry friends a proper retirement celebration.

Would you be interested in setting up a vendor booth and sharing your artistic passion with your fellow disc doggers? If yes, then we will continue to coordinate with you regarding further details.

All Waivers, releases and acknowledgements will be electronically verified with this registration submittal to limit hand to hand interaction.

By submitting this form, I hereby acknowledge that I will be participating in the 2026 Texas State Championship & HFH Invitational (the Event) hosted by Houston Canine Frisbee Disc Club (HCFDC) and to be held on Saturday, March 28, and Sunday, March 29, 2026, at 2P Ranch, 11931 Presley Drive, Magnolia, Texas. The Event on Saturday, March 28, 2026, will consist of an Ashley Whippet Invitational (AWI) Qualifier and UpDog Challenge games, and on Sunday, March 29, 2026, will consist of a UFO World Cup Major (UFO) Qualifier and UpDog Challenge (UpDog). I further acknowledge that I will conduct myself in a manner consistent with all Ashley Whippet® Invitational (AWI), US UFO, UpDog Challenge (UpDog), HCFDC and 2P Ranch rules for sportsmanship and canine safety. Failure to participate in a sportsmanlike manner or to prioritizing canine safety and well-being may result in forfeiture of game scores and/or removal from the Event and Event venue.

I certify that my canine(s) and myself are healthy, fit, and free from injury to participate in the Event and hereby assume the risk of any human or canine disease/injury, which may be contracted at the Event. I hold myself personally responsible for any action(s) my dog(s) or I might undertake at this Event. I also certify that any dog I bring to the Event is current on any legally required vaccinations.

I hereby grant full permission to the HCFDC, 2P Ranch, AWI, UpDog, and UFO the right to record, broadcast, photograph, film, videotape or otherwise make use of any digital recording of our performance(s) and interview(s) at the Event and to utilize such recordings, broadcasts, photographs, films or videotapes together with our names, images, likenesses, voices, and biographical information, for such publicity, promotional or commercial purposes as they may desire.

I understand that the HCFDC, 2P Ranch, AWI, UpDog, and UFO may assign the right to use the recordings, broadcasts, images, photographs, film, videotape, or otherwise make use of any digital recording of my performance(s) together with my names, images, likenesses, voices, and biographical information to such person or other entity as they may desire without my further consent or knowledge and I expressly agree to such assignment.

Should I not be able to attend the Event or have any questions about the Event, I will contact Jill Best, the HCFDC administrator, for more guidance or information. Refer to the Cancellation + Refund Policy for more information on reimbursement of a cancelled registration.

I do hereby verify, attest, and certify that all the information provided is honest and true to the best of my knowledge.

• A full refund will be granted if cancelled 7 days prior to the event.

• If you cancel between 7 days and 48 hours prior to the event, you will receive a partial refund minus a $50 admin fee.

• Cancellation within 48 hours prior to the scheduled event, will not be granted a refund.

Payments are due in full at least 7 days prior to the event start time. Payment options are as follows:

• PayPal: We will send out another confirmation with PayPal information

• Check: Made out to "Houston Canine Frisbee Disc Club" - Mailed to 2826 Feather Glen Ct, Katy, TX 77494

• Cash: Cash payments will only be accepted as long as arrangements are made and you have notified the HCFDC administrator, Jill Best, in writing prior to the 7-day deadline listed above.

Failure to make your payment or arrangement for your payment prior to the deadline will cause your registration to be cancelled and your rounds to be pulled from the running orders.
